This is definately a good album from the songs i've heard. and jon mabey your not aware...but there is more than just 3rd wave ska. You have a right to just like 3rd wave ska but don't be so close minded. plus there is also 2 tone and traditional ska. Bolth of which are not reggae or jazz. This album happens to be a 2 tone album. Learn your roots son!

I like this album. It is actually ska unlike their later albums. Sure they have some ska but not all the albums of their later stuff is. luckily this album was ska.

I like this album alot. I think the energy is just right. The drums are kind of sloppy but i think it adds to the effect. I like parts about Streetlight Manifesto's cover of the album better tho. I feel that in the Streetlight album the horns are really tight but at the cost of their aggressiveness. I also think that the solos in Riding on the Fourth Wave were better. Also the drummer in Streetlight has much beeter fills and is in no way sloppy. Being a drummer myself i reely look ar that as a plus. like instead of doing mostly straight 8th notes in riding on the fourth wave, he does 8th and then throws in his own ska fills. The drummer does an all round better job in Streetlight's Version. I pretty much the albums bolth equally. I'd suggest getting bolth the Streetlight Manifesto version and the Original.

I like all of big d's albums. this one isn't my favorite because not all the songs have the up beat ska. now don't get me wrong I still think the songs are cool but i prefer ska to punk w/ horns. about 75% of this album is ska. I would suggest this album to most people.

I realy hated this album. First off the cover is not a very ska idea. A clown is meant to have fun and be happy. Also the album seemed to try too hard to be original when all they needed to do is be ska ska ska. i much more prefer their other albums.

this is the best album by Big D so far. They realy grasped the ska lifesyle of drinking,partying, and having fun. I highly suggest this album.
